Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. pattabhi jois, In 200 Hours yoga Teacher Training Course we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematically way according to the ashtanga yoga tradition which includes-
On 1st week- introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A & B.
On 2 nd week - Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
In 200 hours TTC Ashtanga primary series will be practiced thoroughly and In 4rth week students will be examined in their Mysore style practice if they have learnt to practice Ashtanga vinyasa traditionally without being guided / in Mysore style.

Good Yoga courses in Nepal was a challenge to find, but I am glad I did my course from Pokhara Yoga Ashram, as it offered everything that I was looking for.
The accommodation was great. Very basic, but very clean. It is located in Pokhara which is one of the most beautiful places in Nepal. The Yoga shala is surrounded by Himalayan ranges, so one can have a great time admiring the view of the Himalayan peaks everyday during their free time.
The course is very intense, but I got to learn a lot from the very
experienced and well-qualified teachers who were ready to help and answer all our questions with great patience.
The food served was vegetarian light food 3 times a day and every meal was tasty. The kitchen and reception staff were also very supportive and helped us with any issues.

Yoga TTC in Nepal was surprisingly very good. I did my 200 hour YTTC with Pokhara Yoga Ashram and had a great experience. We were taken on excursions, did some Yoga on the rooftop with the beautiful Himalayan range view, mantra chanting, Yin Yoga everything was just a beautiful funfilled experience.
The support staff at reception as well as in the dining area were very helpful and were available to resolve any issues I had with the rooms, food etc.
Food served was delicious but light on the stomach and highly nutritious.
